Consumers have the right of withdrawal subject to the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be one month from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you acquires final possession of the goods. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Consequences of Cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a shipping method other than the most economical standard shipping we offer), as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notification of your withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged a fee for this refund. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever comes first. You must return or deliver the products to us as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that is not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functionality.

General Information

1) Avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the goods to us in their original packaging, if possible, with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, be sure to use suitable packaging to adequately protect them from damage during transport.

2) If possible, do not return the goods freight collect.
