The thermal mats are attached to the outside of the skylight and roof hatch panes. They attach entirely via magnets to the vehicle body. The windows are optimally protected against hail. The hail protection also provides effective insulation against noise and extreme external temperatures.
Removal is recommended while driving.

Our magnetic hail protection serves as professional thermal insulation for roof hatches and skylights. It provides additional protection against hail damage and associated cracking or shattering. Thanks to its multi-layer design, it significantly reduces heat and cold transfer between the interior and exterior. The outer layer is crease-resistant and waterproof, while the seams and hems are sealed to be water-repellent.

You determine the insulation dimensions yourself when making your selection. Measure outward 15 cm from the roof hatch or skylight. The insulation is therefore larger than the roof hatch or skylight to ensure a tight seal. Example: Roof hatch/skylight size 70x40 = insulation size 100x70.

Storage:
The thermal mats can be stored either rolled up or folded.
