Custom-made magnetic thermal mats for the pop-up roof of the VW T6 - Austops Roof 10102 - long wheelbase

The pop-up roof insulation consists of four parts, which are attached to the pop-up roof with magnets and connected with Velcro. The front section can be partially rolled down or completely removed for ventilation.

The enclosed metal pads serve as holders for the thermal mats. These are glued to the rail at the top of the raised roof from the outside at approximately every 20 cm.

Clean the rail with isopropanol or another grease-removing agent. Remove the protective film from the metal pad and attach it to the desired location.

ATTENTION: The ambient temperature, as well as the temperature of the rail and the metal pads, must be at least 15°C! No need to damage the roof by drilling; the pads can be removed without leaving any residue.
