2-part highly insulating, tailor-made thermal insulation for all expansion variants of the panel van models mentioned above.
The thermal curtain is attached to the van with small metal pads (26 pieces).
The thermal curtain is equipped with a rounded entry door, which can be easily closed with magnets in extreme temperatures and at night. The left part of the thermal curtain remains permanently installed in winter.
Dimensions:
Width: selectable depending on the configuration from 1.25m to 1.35m
Rounded entry door: always the same size
Length: selectable depending on the configuration from 1.70m to 1.80m
Effect: The cold bridges caused by the design are effectively eliminated by this thermal curtain. Unpleasant drafts are prevented and cold metal parts are insulated.
Advantages: Pleasant climate and noticeable energy savings, the vehicle cools down more slowly.
Storage: The thermal mats can be left on the tailgate during the season or stored rolled and folded.
Assembly time: Initial assembly approx. 30 minutes
Material and production: in Germany, changes and special requests are possible.

Inner fabric: durable fabric
Filling 1: Thermo foil aluminum
Filling 2: 2mm thermal foiling
Filling 3: Thermo foil aluminum
Filling 4: 2mm thermal fleece
Filling 5: 100gr/sqm polyester padding
Outer material: aluminum mesh silver or black
